Bryan Bessette

Bryan Bessette is the Director of Employment at TekSynap, where he leads strategic talent acquisition initiatives with a focus on delivering high-impact employment solutions across federal and technology sectors. Based remotely in the Raleigh-Durham area, Bryan brings a decade of recruiting and workforce development experience to his role, including a strong emphasis on sourcing cleared, technical, and mission-driven talent.
Before joining TekSynap, Bryan held roles of increasing responsibility at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where he served as a Sourcing Recruiter focused on building high-performing technical teams. Prior to AWS, he spent four years as a Technical Recruiter at Apex Systems, supporting critical hiring needs for clients like Cisco and key government subcontractors in North Carolina.
Bryan is ITIL® v4 Foundation certified and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Finance from Elon University. He is known for his ability to align hiring strategies with business outcomes, and his leadership at TekSynap reflects a commitment to developing agile, inclusive, and forward-thinking recruitment practices that meet the needs of a dynamic federal contracting environment.
